Subway/Train
Take the #4 train to Mosholu Parkway Station. Walk north on Jerome Avenue, Turn right on Gunhill Road, then right on Bainbridge Avenue. The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore will be on your right. The clinic is located on the 4th floor.

Take the D train to 205th Street Station (you will exit the station at 206th Street and Bainbridge). Walk north on Bainbridge Avenue. The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore will be on your left, just before Gunhill Road. The clinic is located on the 4th floor.

Take the Metro North Harlem Line to the Williams Bridge Station. Walk west on Gunhill Road, then turn left on Bainbridge Avenue. The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore will be on your right. The clinic is located on the 4th floor.

Bus
Bronx: Take the Bx1, Bx2, Bx10 or Bx28 to Jerome Avenue. Walk north on Jerome Avenue, turn right on Gunhill Road, then right on Bainbridge Avenue. The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore will be on your right. The clinic is located on the 4th floor.

Manhattan: Take the Liberty Lines express bus from Manhattan to the Montefiore Hospital stop. Call 718-652-8400 for schedules and information.

Westchester: Take the #20 or #4 bus on the Bee Line to the Gunhill Road and Jerome Avenue stop. Walk east on Gunhill Road and take a right on Bainbridge Avenue. The Children’s Hospital at Montefiore will be on your right. The clinic is located on the 4th floor.
